FHA Limits increased in Mecklenburg County, NC and surrounding Counties
As of January 4, 2007 FHA has increased their loan limits to $230,470.00 in the following counties:
Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Anson, Gaston, Pender, Brunswick, New Hanover, Durham, North Carolina and
York, South Carolina
At this time the downpayment requirements remain unchanged at 3%
